THE trustees of the Government Institutions Pension Fund continued to pump N$22 million into Ostrich Production Namibia even after auditors warned them that the company was insolvent to the tune of N$75 million, an independent investigation on behalf of the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority has shown.
